Refund Policy
At Bharath Components, we are committed to delivering high-quality, indigenously built drone components. Our policies are designed to protect both our customers and our business, while ensuring transparency and fairness. Please read the following terms carefully:
1. Warranty Coverage
All products purchased from Bharath Components come with a 6-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
• The warranty is valid from the date of delivery and applies only to the original purchaser.
• This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, tampering, static discharge, accident, water or fire damage, use of chemicals, or if the product has been soldered or altered in any way.
2. Return Eligibility
Returns will only be processed if the following conditions are met:
• Condition of Product: Product must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition. Any damage caused by mishandling, accident, misuse, or alterations disqualifies it from return.
• Product Consistency: The product must match the original order.
• Original Packaging: Product must be returned with its original box, manuals, warranty cards, and all accessories included.
• Return Window: Product must be returned within 3 days from the date of delivery.
• Defects Only: Returns are only accepted for defective products or those failing to meet specifications outlined in warranty terms.
3. Return Process
• Contact Us: If you believe your product is defective, contact our support team at componentssales@iotechworld.com or call +91 9266728741 within 3 days from the date of delivery.
• Authorization: Obtain approved return authorization before sending any product back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
• Condition & Packaging: Product must be returned in original condition with all packaging and documentation.
• Shipping Costs: If the return is due to a warranty-covered defect, we will cover return shipping costs. Otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping fees. We strongly recommend using insured and trackable services, as we cannot issue a refund without receiving the returned goods or proof of delivery.
4. Refunds and Exchanges
If the product passes inspection and is eligible, we will process a refund, repair, or replacement in line with warranty terms and your preference.
If the product is found to be free of defects, no refund or exchange will be issued, and the product will be returned to you.
5. Non-Warranty Returns
Products returned due to buyer’s remorse, misuse, or damage not covered under warranty are not eligible for return or refund under this policy.
